I eat breakfast and dinner because I at school all day long from 12-10.
I raely eat fruit and grains.
I have meat and seafood twice a week.
I have dairy one a day.
I eat vegetables one a day.
I eat nuts and legumes one a month.
I eat whole grain two or three times a day.
I eat eggs or potatoes at 9:00am every day.
I haven´t snacks.
